We would like to apologize to our readers and contributors for the delay in new issues of the journal during 2010. We experienced what every web-based journal fears: a crash of our primary server. However, the recovery of all of our data, including nine years-worth of articles and book reviews demonstrates that our precautions against such possibilities helped us survive the episode. However, this process took some time, provided an education in data retrieval techniques, and taught us to deal with a great deal of frustration.

My greatest praise goes to the IJNH team for their assistance and to our current contributors for their amazing patience. We hope this new issue meets your expectations and serves your needs.
